Two brothers.
One hometown.

Our family moved here in 1997. We live in this city, work in it, and show up in it — and when you call, you get one of us, not a call center.

Maricopa residents since. Not transplants, not a satellite office — this is our city, and we’re part of how it runs.
Two brothers, one zip code

We watched this town become a city.

We got here in 1997, back when the drive up the 347 was mostly open ground and the whole town could fit inside one school. We rode bikes through what are now finished subdivisions.

That’s the part you can’t learn from a map. We know which streets flood, which builders cut corners, which pockets hold their value when the rest of the market wobbles, and what actually sold down the block — not what a website guessed.

We’re not a franchise, and we’re not an app. We’re two brothers in a town we’re raising our lives in.

We’re not just working here, either. We’re at the council meetings and the chamber tables, on the committees where growth in this city actually gets decided. That’s not civic decoration — it’s how you know what’s coming before it shows up on a listing.

Maricopa isn’t a suburb of Phoenix — it’s its own city, with its own market, and it doesn’t move the way the metro does. Knowing the difference is most of the job. Between the two of us you get someone reading the market and the contract, and someone making sure nothing in your file slips.

Residential  :  Land  :  Commercial

Three different jobs. We do all three here.

Most agents in town do one. The range is the reason people call us for the complicated ones.

01 — Residential

Homes

Buying or selling in Rancho El Dorado, Glennwilde, Province, Senita, Tortosa, Cobblestone Farms — and every neighborhood in between.

02 — Land

Land & acreage

Lots and acreage across Pinal County. Land is its own skill — zoning, access, utilities, water — and it’s one we’ve spent years building.

03 — Commercial

Commercial

Retail, office, and investment property in and around the city of Maricopa, including site selection for businesses moving in.

Where we work

We can tell you what sold on your street.

Not a radius around Phoenix. The city of Maricopa and the Pinal County communities around it.
